Reports say Sony has informed developers and publishers that their next generation handheld, the PSP2 will be out by the end of 2011. “We’ve been told it’s coming in late 2011,” an anonymous British source told VG247.
The website claims the handheld will have a forward facing AND a backward facing camera, along with touch and physical control inputs. It also speculates that PSP2 will be announced at either GDC next year or E3.
There have been other rumours about the PSP2 before.
