Psycho Pass Mandatory Happiness’ PS4 Version Is Now Free for PS Plus Subscribers in North America

That's really awesome of Sony.

Psycho Pass: Mandatory Happiness will be a PS Plus game this month- this is great, because the title is a really great niche game that more people will be exposed to. But curiously enough, when the announcement was made, it noted that the PS Plus version would be Cross Buy for PS4 and PS Vita… which is interesting because the game is not ordinarily Cross Buy.

Sure enough, when the day came to redeem the game, you could only do so on Vita- for the PS4 version, you’d have to pay. However, it looks like SIE America has decided to honor its mistake, and will now be offering the PS4 version of Psycho Pass for free to PS Plus subscribers in addition to the Vita version, too. This is in contrast to Europe, where you can still only get the Vita version.

That said, Psycho Pass Mandatory Happiness is a great game, and I do urge you to give it a chance whenever you can.
