Of all the AAA developers that 2014 has been filled with, including those who hyped games releasing in 2015, one notable name that’s been missing is Quantic Dream. The Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls developer made news with its demonstration of The Dark Sorcerer on the PS4, showcasing the new technology it would be using for PS4 releases.

Since then, there’s been barely a peep out of them aside from a few blurbs from David Cage. That silence may be broken when 2015 starts as the developer posted on its official Facebook page: “Some great news coming in January!”

This could mean any number of things, including an official announcement on the developer’s first big PS4 title. Conversely, it could just be a port of Beyond: Two Souls for the PS4. Regardless, it’ll be something and we can’t wait to find out. What are you hoping for this January? Let us know in the comments.
