While the upcoming games lineup for Xbox One already looks pretty damn good, the game that probably looks to be the most intriguing and interesting of them all – no mean feat, mind you – is Quantum Break, the new action adventure title coming to us from the minds that gave us the original Max Payne, and Alan Wake on the Xbox 360 and PC.

One of the things that has stood out in all the public showings for Quantum Break we have had so far is just how good and almost beyond photorealistic it looks. As it turns out, that’s because Remedy seems to be on a literal hiring spree to maximize the visual detail in their newest game.

According to some job listings on Remedy’s website, which seem to be trying to recruit people into the studio with talent for pumping out great visuals. Remedy describes that it wants ‘awesome graphics’ that ‘make jaws drop,’ so I gotta say, the ball is in your court now, guys. I believe in you. Go do it.
