Quantum Break

If it weren’t said enough times already, Remedy Entertainment’s Quantum Break has done fairly well for Microsoft. Xbox marketing head Aaron Greenberg spoke to Windows Central about how it essentially exceeded expectations. That doesn’t necessarily mean there will be a sequel though.

Quantum Break sold really well; it exceeded what we expected it to do. We were really pleased with how Quantum Break did. But just like every movie, not every game needs a sequel, sometimes it’s okay.”

Quantum Break is available for both Windows 10 and Xbox One. The former’s launch didn’t exactly have the best performance but it will be available for Windows PCs through Steam on September 14th. Will it improve on the game’s overall success? We’ll find out in the coming months. At the very least, Microsoft is committed to bringing more of its games to Steam.
