#18. RESIDENT EVIL: OPERATION RACCOON CITY

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City was caught right in the middle of the firestorm that culminated in Resident Evil 6’s massive backlash and a forced hiatus for the series. To its credit, Operation Raccoon City had some interesting ideas- pitting two squads of six elite soldiers each, both fighting against each other and the zombies that are tearing the city apart to make it out alive. However, the idea was executed poorly (to say the least), with clunky combat, no scares, and very little thrills. There was also a single player mode, but that was even more forgettable.
