Red Dead Redemption 2 – 23 Seconds of Gameplay Leaked

I guess that's better than zero seconds.

Red Dead Redemption 2

Launch week is always the hardest for games that you’re ridiculously hyped for. So much so that even a handful of seconds of gameplay can be enough to send your excitement through the roof. Coincidentally, there’s a short clip (almost too short) that’s been leaked (via Reddit) of Red Dead Redemption 2.

There’s no story spoilers in there, but for those who want to go into the game completely blind, you might not want to click on that link. It’s apparent even from these short 23 seconds that it all seems to be coming together incredibly well, especially in terms of production value, from the music, to the gorgeous visuals, to the incredibly detailed animations.

There’s also a brief combat encounter in there, and gunplay definitely looks like a significant step up from GTA 5, or the first Red Dead Redemption. There’s even a Max Payne 3 style final killcam, which looks sick.

There’s not long to go now until we get to play the game for ourselves. Red Dead Redemption 2 launches on October 26 for the PS4 and Xbox One. If you want something meatier than 23 seconds to tide you over until its release, perhaps this launch trailer will be more to your liking.
