Remnant - From the Ashes_05

The big highlight so far of Gunfire Games’ upcoming shooter, Remnant: From the Ashes, have been the multiple areas  that you’ll spend a lot of time traveling. From the mysterious Ward 13 to the Rhom ruins, we’ve seen a good variety of locales. We haven’t seen a lot of the monsters you’ll be up against, but that changes today in a big way as a new video highlighting one of the nastier foes you’ll find yourself against, the Rhom Cyclops.

The cyclops is a mutant foe who has had a crystal fused into his head by the irradiated blast that destroyed the landscape, giving it the appearance of the great beast of Greek myth. It fires a nasty optic blast that’s said to be able to level entire mountains, making it sure to be a formidable enemy that you’ll have to team up to take down. It’s a very brief look, but gets the point across. Check it out below.

Remnant: From the Ashes releases for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on August 20th.
