Remnant From The Ashes

The release date for Darksiders 3 was only recently revealed, and it is set to be released on November 27. Now, the developers Gunfire Games have announced a new game that they are working on, and it’s called Remnant: From The Ashes.

The game was announced with an announcement trailer on IGN (the trailer is embedded below), which gives us a glimpse of the game’s setting and story. The game is a third-person co-op shooter where players will have to fend off treelike creatures who are from another dimension called The Root. The game’s setting is a post-apocalyptic world which will be “dynamically generated.” Players will also have to craft equipment, and they will also have to build up their home base. Players can also choose to create their own character, who can then be levelled up and assigned a particular role. The game certainly looks interesting, but we’ll have to wait and see if it has enough going for it to set it apart from other co-op shooters out there.

You can check out the announcement trailer below. Remnant: From the Ashes is set to release for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One at some point in 2019.
