Mr. X was, of course, a pretty big thread even in the original Resident Evil 2, but here, he’s much more terrifying than ever before. Just like zombies he isn’t limited by loading screens, which means he can follow you wherever you go- and he does. If he sees you, he will incessantly chase you until either he catches up with you, or you outrun him and exit his line of sight- at which point he’ll start seeking you out again. Also, if and when Mr. X is temporarily downed, he doesn’t drop ammo anymore, like he used to in the original.
