Resident Evil 2 R.P.D. Demo Pops Up On Microsoft Store

In case you haven't played the game already (for some reason).

Resident Evil 3’s remake is coming to Xbox One, PS4, and PC sooner than any of us would have expected, but if you’re yet to experience Resident Evil 2, which came out earlier this year, there’s a demo currently live on the Microsoft Store for you to try out.

Resident Evil 2 R.P.D. Demo has gone live on the Microsoft Store, and it looks like it’s the same 1-Shot demo Capcom released for the survival horror remake earlier in the year prior to the game’s launch. However, while that demo came with a 30 minute-time limit, that time limit seems to have been removed in this one.

Resident Evil 2 is absolutely amazing, so if you haven’t experienced the game and are still on the fence about doing so, this demo is a great chance for you to test the waters. Recently, Capcom also announced that the game has officially sold over 5 million units, surpassing the sales of the 1998 original title it is based on. The game was also recently updated with a new achievement related to the upcoming Resident Evil 3.

Resident Evil 3, meanwhile, is out on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on April 3, 2020.
