Resident Evil 6 Disc contains DLCs: Modder releases videos, Capcom responds

Capcom has released a statement after a modder found out a bunch on DLCs on the Resident Evil 6 disc. Now if you’re familiar with their fighting games, things like these are a normal occurrence.

The modder goes by the name FluffyQuack, and he has also released a bunch of videos which show the DLC in action. Capcom is planning to rel… I mean unlock this DLC in the future.

The publisher has also released a statement and has said that it’s normal practice. (Via Eurogamer).

“We still have unannounced DLC for RE6 that will be revealed in the coming months and while virtually all such content will not be on the disc there will be one piece of content, that for technical reasons, requires the use of a combination of newly downloaded data and data that is included on the retail game disc,” the spokesperson said.
