Though it doesn’t look like Respawn Entertainment is going to be working on a Titanfall 3 any time soon, the studio has plenty else to keep it quite busy. Apex Legends is going stronger than ever and continues to grow from strength to strength, while work on a sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is also underway at the studio- but it seems Respawn is working on some other new things as well.

Mohammad Alavi, creative director at Respawn, recently took to Twitter to share job openings at the developer, and revealed that a “brand new single player adventure” has started development at the studio. Listings for positions such as Lead Technical Game Designer, Senior Technical Game Designer, Senior Combat Designer, and Senior Level Designer have gone up.

The ads themselves don’t give much away- they all drive home the fact that this new single player game is still in the early stages of development, but there isn’t much else to go on that might give us a clue about what to expect from the game.

It might be a while before we hear anything concrete about this game, but given Respawn’s track record as a developer, we’re going to be keeping a keen eye on it.
