The Apex Legends and Stars Wars developer is cooking up something new, it seems.

It’s been quite the couple of years for developer Respawn Entertainment. Not only did they launch what has become a very successful live service title in Apex Legends, they also released Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order last year, the first single player focused Star Wars games in many years that has been largely well received. Now it seems they have something else in the oven.

A new job listing has popped up on their official careers website, which you can see here. It’s for a position as a Generalist Software Engineer with the description mentioning they will “join a small new team being formed to develop a brand new IP.” The rest of the listing is pretty general, so it’s hard to parse anything about what the game will actually be.

No doubt there is more Apex Legends content as well as a sequel to Fallen Order in the works, so whatever this is is most likely something smaller to fill out the in-between. Since they also seem to be in the early stages of whatever this is, it will most likely be a long while before we hear anything from it.
