Retailer Uses Xbox One Cases To Advertise Nintendo Switch Games, Hilarity Ensues

Nintendo Switch, launching exclusively on Xbox One...

The Nintendo Switch is now literally days away from launch, and excitement surrounding the system and all its games is ramping up with every passing minute. People are, of course, looking to pre-order the handheld-console hybrid and its games, and UK retailer ASDA is letting you do just that- although in a pretty amusing fashion. They are using Xbox One game cases for Switch games.

As pointed out by a user on Reddit, ASDA are using Xbox One cases to promote the upcoming launch of Switch games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and 1-2-Switch. In fact, they’re even using Xbox One game cases to promote the Switch system itself.

What makes the entire situation even more hilarious is the fact that all these games – and the system itself as well – are being displayed in the Xbox One section of the store. So it looks like Xbox One owners may finally have something to look forward to, innit?
