When Nintendo announced that they would not be bringing their upcoming Nintendo NX console to E3 this year, most of us naturally assumed that news on the machine would be slim from now on until whenever Nintendo decides to take the wraps off of it. However, it appears as though Nintendo’s refusal to talk about the system isn’t stopping others.

For instance, take this new trailer for RISE: Race the Future. This trailer shows off the game, yes, and it ends with a screen listing all the platforms the game is coming to. The platforms include the regular ones – PS4, Xbox One, Steam, iOS and Android, Nintendo 3DS, and Wii U – but the trailer has also got a logo for the Nintendo NX right there. You can see it in the image above.

Now, this is significant for two reasons: a) it’s another game confirmed for the NX, and b) this is the first time we have seen an NX logo used in any official capacity. While that looks like the same placeholder logo that a lot of the media, including GamingBolt, have been using for almost a year now, it might just be the official thing too.

We expect to learn more about the Nintendo NX by the end of this year. The system will launch worldwide in March 2017.
