Sacred 3, the latest in the entry of role playing games published by American publisher Deep Silver, is now out today; the newest installment is notable for changing its direction from the previous game a fair bit, as Sacred 3 is a co-op dungeon crawler, somewhat in the vein of Diablo. But while the gameplay may have changed, the game is still a Sacred game, and it comes with all the hallmarks of the series, including the goofy humor that it is known for.
For those of you who pre-ordered the game, Sacred 3 includes the Malakhim class as well as the additional Underworld Story DLC. In Underworld, players have to forge their way to the top of a mysterious tower where they have to confront the Black Seraphim, a notorious rival from Sacred 2.
