Samurai Jack Battle Through Time

Fans of the animated series Samurai Jack are in for a treat later this month when Battle Through Time releases. The game will be an original and canon story set in the animated universe, that will also allow you to interact with key moments in the show. And now fans will have something else to look forward to with a beefy Collector’s Edition from the folks at Limited Run Games.

The regular release of the title will be digital only, but Limited Run Games confirmed they’d be doing a physical release as well. Now they’ve also announced they will be doing a Collector’s Edition via their official Twitter, which you can see below. It’s quite something coming with a statue, exclusive soundtrack, a letter opener styled after Jack’s sword, special packaging, art cards, a poster and, of course, a copy of the game. The price tag is $129.99 USD, making it just $100 shy of the game’s base price. It will be very limited, with only 1,500 of each version being produced.

Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time will be available on August 21st digitally on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and PC. The Collector’s Edition and regular physical editions will go live on Limited Run Games’ website on August 14th with options for the PS4 and Switch versions. You can read more about it here.
