SCEE confirms HD remakes of ICO and Shadow of the Colossus for the PS3

SCEE has confirmed that the two PlayStation 2 classics ICO and Shadow of the Colossus will be released on the PlayStation 3. A Sony Rep told VG247,  “We can confirm that we will be releasing an HD version of ICO and Shadow of the Colossus”.

“More information will follow during the Media Briefing at TGS tomorrow”

This should really bring a smile to a lot of gamers around who have literally begged for a remake. Finally Sony gave them what they wanted.
