Sea of Thieves New Trailer Celebrates Its Closed Beta

A pirate's life for you, in closed beta anyway.

The Rare developed shared world action adventure game Sea of Thieves is getting a new closed beta starting today, and to commemorate the beginning of this beta, we get a brand new trailer. The trailer continues to show off the charm and wit that I really hope the final game will have, by informing players how they can get into the beta (which is by pre-ordering the game).

We also get some new footage, obviously, but with Sea of Thieves, that’s one thing we don’t have a shortage of. If you haven’t pre-ordered the game (which, given that it will be on Game Pass on day one, at this point it makes no sense to), then you have to hope there will be an open beta for the game down the line, because as of right now, there’s no getting in for you otherwise.

Sea of Thieves is releasing on March 20 for Windows 10 PCs and Xbox One.
