Sea of Thieves is a great game to enjoy with a group of friends as you all go sailing out into the open seas. However, as of now, there is clearly a lack of content in the game and it appears that Rare is aware of this problem. The company has revealed their future content plans for the game and there’s quite a lot to look forward to.

First of all, there will be an update called The Hungering Deep which will be a unique event bringing a new AI threat to the game’s world. This update will also bring a number of new mechanics and rewards. Additionally, the company will start running weekly events during May. Finally, two more content updates known as Cursed Sails and Forsaken Shores are set to be released during the summer. These will also add some new mechanics.

It’s certainly exciting to see that the company is doing a lot to ensure that there’s enough content in the game to keep players engaged. Sea of Thieves is now available for PC and Xbox One.
