Remember your second encounter with the Great Serpent? After eluding it again, you can teleport back to the Senpou Temple and drop down to kill it for good with two deathblows. However, if you hesitate on the second deathblow, the serpent will actually swallow Sekiro whole and deposit him in the cave near the Guardian Ape.
