Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is without a doubt among the most highly anticipated games of the year, and countless people are already pretty much sold on it- but if you’re among the people who’re on the fence and are waiting to see the game’s reviews before you decide whether or not you want to jump in, you’re going to have to wait a little longer.

That’s because, as VG247 is reporting, Activision is confirming that it won’t be sending out pre-release review codes and copies to publications, reviewers, or YouTubers. Codes will be sent out around the time of release, which means reviews will not be available for too long before the game launches itself. YouTuber SkillUp is confirming the same on Twitter as well.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice launches on March 22 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, so you can probably expect reviews to start going live around that time. In the meantime, check out this recently released teaser for the game, which gives us a glimpse of one enormous, intimidating serpent. Also, if you’ll be playing Sekiro on PC, you might want to check out the game’s minimum and recommended system requirements through here.
