Leading up to next week’s release of Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2, developer Ninja Theory has released a new trailer for the game. The trailer acts as a way for players new to the series to catch up to the story so far, and you can check it out below.
While the trailer doesn’t feature any new gameplay, it does feature a deep narration explaining the trials and tribulations that protagonist Senua has been through throughout her life, including events that lead right into the first game, and then the upcoming sequel.
Marketing efforts for Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 have been ramping up leading into its release PC and Xbox Series X/S release on May 21. The studio has also released a graphic explaining launch timings for the game across different countries all over the world.
