GRIS

Nomada Studio’s gorgeous 2D platformer GRIS, which features a beautiful art-style with incredible detailed animations, will be releasing on December 13th. It will be available for PC and Nintendo Switch. Check out the newest trailer below to see how the game looks and marvel at its evocative aesthetic.

Featuring exploration, platforming, and some optional challenges, GRIS promises a serene experience overall. Throughout the experience, players will navigate the world as Gris. Having lost her voice, Gris struggles to recover it while gaining different abilities to help her. Even though she can’t die, don’t expect this to be a walk in the park.

Emphasizing artistry over dialogue, the game offers a quite enchanting experience and will take a couple of hours for the average player to finish. We’re not sure if it will be available for other platforms like Xbox One and PS4, but if it succeeds on Switch and PC, who knows? GRIS will retail for £13.49 when it releases. Stay tuned for more information in the meantime.
