If you’ve wanted to know whether PSN is down during those times that you have trouble connecting to the store or accessing online functions, or if it is just your connection, and you liver in Europe, then this news will make you very happy- a service status indicator for PSN in Europe is gonna go live soon, allowing you to check whether the servers for PSN are up or down at any given minute.

Sony Computer Entertainment America recently launched a PSN Service Status Indicator, so of course, it follows that it would be coming to European territories soon too. When even a company like Nintendo, which is not exactly known for its affinity to the internet, has a status indicator, it was high time Sony got one too.

And especially given just how much PSN has a propensity to go down – whether that be due to mass hackings, DDoS attacks, maintenance, or just unexpected outages – this tool is sure to come in handy.
