Shin Megami Tensei III HD Remaster

During a recent live stream, Atlus debuted new gameplay footage for Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster. While it was being played live – and thus may not look as crisp in a live stream – the gameplay does offer a better look at the updated visuals. Check it out below.

Announced earlier this week for PS4 and Switch, Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster is based on the 2003 PS2 classic that essentially kick-started the entire series (along with Persona and other off-shoots). It sees the protagonist drawn into demonic conflict following the Conception and becoming a demi-fiend. With the ability to recruit demons and fuse them together, the player prepares to battle the forces of Lucifer to save the world.

Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster launches on October 29th in Japan for PS4 and Switch. It will be available in Spring 2021 for the rest of the world. Atlus also confirmed a worldwide simultaneous release next year for Shin Megami Tensei V on Switch so stay tuned for more details in the coming months.
