Posted By | On 17th, Nov. 2011

Sega have released a new video for Shinobi titled “A History of a Franchise” which takes a glimpse behind the scenes at Shinobi, a look back at how SEGA approached working on the title and a more detailed look at the elements that brought the game from an idea, to an actual physical release.

Producer Stephen Frost and Community Manager Julian Mehlfeld discuss what it means to be a Shinobi title, rather than just a ninja hack and slash, and how SEGA went about modernizing the game while still keeping the core mechanics and classic appeal.

Shinobi is available now for $39.95 on the Nintendo 3DS.
