The Summer Update for SloClap’s Sifu is out on August 31st, adding new gameplay modifiers and a scoring system. However, two more free updates are coming in Fall and Winter, the latter adding a new mode called Arenas. In a recent digital event for Kepler Interactive attended by MP1st, SloClap community manager Felix Garczynski provided some new details on the Arenas mode.

The mode adds ten new arenas, ranging from a heliport and parking space to a new museum exhibition. Objectives can also vary, from survival and eliminating targets to an area-based objective with its own scoring system. Upon completing different challenges, players can earn currency that allows for purchasing new modifiers, which can be used in the main game.

In addition to this, new arenas and challenges are unlockable. A release date hasn’t been provided, but hopefully, we’ll learn more in the coming months. In the meantime, the Fall Update will release first and add a new Replay Editor, more modifiers and new outfits. Stay tuned in the meantime.
