Simpsons Arcade Game Coming To Consoles?

That’s right ladies & gentlemen; Konami’s pocket money guzzler (from a time when The Simpsons could do no wrong) may be making its way to home consoles soon. The Australian classification board have the game listed with Backbone, the folks behind the recent X-Men Arcade port, as the developer and Konami as the publisher (so it should be the original and not this impostor). When contacted by Joystiq Konami responded that they had “no information at this time.”
