Releases on Xbox 360 first.

Bethesda has announced a new DLC for Skyrim called Hearthfire, which allows you to purchase land and build your own home from scratch. Isn’t managing your stuff in a video game fun?

It will cost 400 MSP and will release on the Xbox Live first due to an exclusive deal with Microsoft. It comes out on September 4.

“With Skyrim’s newest game add-on, Hearthfire, you can purchase land and build your own home from the ground up – from a simple one-room cottage to a sprawling compound complete with an armory, alchemy laboratory, stable, garden, and more,” reads the Bethesda blog.

“Use all-new tools like the drafting table and carpenter’s workbench to transform quarried stone, clay, and sawn logs into structures and furnishings. Even transform your house into a home by adopting children.”

They have also released a trailer for the same which you can check out below.
