Skyrim Remastered Edition

Just days ahead of the release of the Skyrim remaster, we finally have some actual gameplay footage to see whether the improvements that Bethesda promised at E3 this year will truly be delivered in the final release. But with over 20 minutes of gameplay footage that was just released for us to see, I think we can put all of our doubts to rest- it seems like The Elder Scrolls Skyrim: Special Edition will indeed be living up to its name, and provide a truly special rendition of the classic game.

In general, Skyrim‘s remaster looks good, although it is also evident that there isn’t that much of a change from the original game- a testament, if there ever was one, to just how great the original title was at launch back in 2011. The remaster shall be running at 30fps on Xbox One (and also PS4), though it is to be presumed that the PC version of the game will have uncapped frame rates.

The Elder Scrolls Skyrim: Special Edition will be launching later this month on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. A Nintendo Switch version of the game will also probably accompany the system’s launch.

Thanks, Outsidexbox.
