While sniping Nazi targets and escaping is your main goal in Sniper Elite 5, there are a significant number of collectibles to find in each mission. These are broken up into Personal Letters, Classified Documents, Hidden Items, Dead-Eye Targets and Workbenches. So if you want all of the Trophies/Achievements, you’ll have to find all 152 of them.

Three of the collectible types – Classified Documents, Hidden Items and Personal Letters – are either picked up or looted from enemies (the Swift Hands skill is recommended since it automatically loots foes when meleeing them). Use the binoculars to see which enemy has a collectible and then show them some hands. Workbenches are required for unlocking weapon mods and can be found in various buildings. Even if you’re not collectible hunting, they’re a great way to improve your current arsenal so seek them out whenever possible.

The Dead-Eye Targets are usually located on roofs. You’ll need to shoot them to “earn” the collectible. Out of nine total missions, missions one through eight have 19 collectibles each. If you want to check your collectible progress – along with which mission you potentially missed some in – then go to the Service Record menu, then Collectibles and Mission. None of the collectibles can be missed so really, it’s best to just take out every single enemy so you can freely explore the levels.

Check out all of the different collectibles in each mission:

  • Mission 1: The Atlantic Wall – 6 Personal Letters, 4 Classified Documents, 3 Hidden Items, 3 Dead-Eye Targets, 3 Workbenches
  • Mission 2: Occupied Residence – 4 Personal Letters, 6 Classified Documents, 3 Hidden Items, 3 Dead-Eye Targets, 3 Workbenches

  • Mission 8: Rubble And Ruin – 5 Personal Letters, 5 Classified Documents, 3 Hidden Items, 3 Dead-Eye Targets, 3 Workbenches
  • Mission 9: Loose Ends – No collectibles
  • Mission 10: Wolf Mountain (DLC) – 5 Personal Letters, 5 Classified Documents, 3 Hidden Items, 3 Dead-Eye Targets, 3 Workbenches. These contribute to the total number of collectibles needed for specific Achievements/Trophies in the base game, instead of being required on their own.
