SOMA’s Safe Mode Will Come To The Game’s PS4 Version By February 2018

Don't worry, you get to play the horror game without the horror too, PS4 owners!

Frictional Games announced that their cult hit 2015 horror game SOMA will finally be coming to the Xbox One; and when it does, it will include a ‘Safe Mode’, that essentially turns off in game enemies and death, for those players who wish to explore the game’s surprisingly fleshed out world, but don’t want to deal with the stress of actually playing through it.

It seems like this mode, which had so far been confirmed only for the Xbox One and PC versions of the game, will not be exclusive to those platforms after all. Rather, it is also coming to the PS4 version. Frictional wasn’t about to leave you in the lurch like that!

The PS4 version of the game can expect to get the Safe Mode by February 2018- which is well after the Xbox One and PC, but hey, on the flip side, PS4 owners got the game first.
