Sony’s Shuehei Yoshida: Halo 5 on HoloLens is Super Cool

What a class act all around.

Halo 5: Guardians

Fanboys of consoles and the companies that manufacture said consoles may draw veritable lines of blood on imaginary battlefields, but the console wars are just constructs developed by them to justify their purchases- the actual companies that make them? It seems that they are actually very friendly.

We actually get to hear these stories of console company camaraderie fairly often, but this one is going to resonate with everyone a bit more, especially given the vicious round of console wars that this close E3 just sparked. Sony’s Shuhei Yoshida apparently went over to Microsoft’s E3 booth, where he tried the Halo 5 HoloLens Experience for himself. His response? He loved it! It is ‘super cool.’

That wasn’t all, either- apparently Xbox’s Aaron Greenberg went over to Yoshida, and chatted it up with him, just talking about games– like people who are truly passionate about this hobby would.

So guys, just for a minute, let go of your irrational hatred of the other side. Try to recognize the good to gaming that having three healthy combatants in the console market can do.
