South of Midnight has looked like an increasingly intriguing prospect each time we’ve seen more of it, which is saying something, because we haven’t seen an awful lot. However, that could be changing soon, with developer Compulsion Games seemingly gearing up to showcase more of the action-adventure title in the imminent future.
That’s based on the recent social media activity of journalist Parris Lilly of Kinda Funny Games, who recently spent some time at Compulsion Games and has confirmed with multiple tweets that he will have coverage related to South of Midnight to share over the course of the coming days. That probably means we can expect new gameplay details, footage, and impressions on the upcoming title to be shared by various outlets over the course of the coming week.
South of Midnight is due out sometime in 2025 for Xbox Series X/S and PC. A specific release date hasn’t yet been announced.
