Splatoon

Ahead of the final ever Splatfest that will ever be held for Splatoon, Nintendo have announced that their delightfully whimsical third person shooter will be available for a discounted price over the next two weeks- if ever you wanted to jump in, now’s the chance to do it! Two weeks should be enough to get a hang of things, and to be able to pick your side in the epic Marie vs Callie battle that is fermenting, too.

The game will now cost £25.99 on the Nintendo eShop, and it will keep that price from July 7 to July 21- the final Splatfest is due to begin on July 22, and go all the way through to July 24. Speaking as someone who adores Splatoon, make the jump! It’s an excellent game worth every penny that you’d spend on it- if you like something like Overwatch, you will love Splatoon.

Splatoon is available exclusively for the Wii U.
