With Hazelight’s Split Fiction launching in less than a week, the developer has outlined several new things players should know. These include accessibility options like subtitles with optional backgrounds, closed captioning and the option to replace button mashing and stick wiggling with simplified inputs.

You can also adjust the amount of damage received, swap the left and right analogue sticks, set a persistent aim dot, remap the controls (and use custom inputs) and adjust the sensitivity. For those having trouble at points, there are also skippable checkpoints. It’s also ideal for those who want to focus on the story without worrying too much about the difficulty.

Launching on March 6th, Split Fiction will be available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Hazelight has confirmed that the Xbox Series X and PS5 versions will run at dynamic 4K and 60 FPS, with the Xbox Series S offering 1080p/60 FPS. The main story lasts 14-16 hours, with side content increasing that total.
