Star Wars Battlefront 2 First Season Content Revealed, New Story Missions on December 13th

New vehicles, maps, heroes, challenges and much more also coming in December.

A week before the launch of DICE’s Star Wars Battlefront 2, EA has revealed more information on the first season of free DLC content. Season 1 or The Last Jedi Season will start on December 5th with a new weekly faction challenge and weekend challenge.

December 13th is when the content really starts pouring in with new heroes Finn and Captain Phasma joining the roster. You can purchase them with in-game Credits and the faction which manages to complete the most challenges for the week will be rewarded with a special crate for either Finn or Phasma. That’s not including the new daily challenges, new vehicles, new Galactic Assault map set on Crait or the Starfighter Assault map on D’Qar.

But perhaps the coolest new addition are the new story chapters for the single-player campaign. Playing as Iden Versio and titled Star Battlefront 2 Resurrection, players will relive the initial days when the First Order gained power. Star Wars Battlefront 2 is out on November 17th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC so stay tuned for more details.
