DICE redeems itself.

EA and DICE have revealed the first footage of Star Wars Battlefront, which looks absolutely stunning and is all in-game, albeit still at an early stage.

What can you look forward to? Snowspeeders, AT-STs, Stormtroopers and many familiar Star Wars environments like Hoth and Endor. DICE has apparently worked closely with the team from LucasArts to create a compelling experience. And while we mention it again, the visuals are really something else.

Star Wars Battlefront is currently in development for PS4, Xbox One and PC. It will release in Spring 2015. Believe it or not, this is how EA chose to kick-off its E3 media briefing.

What are your thoughts on the first footage for Star Wars: Battlefront? Let us know in the comments below what you think, along with your thoughts on the visuals.

Stay tuned for more updates as E3’s media briefing continues with two new games to be showcased from Bioware.
