DICE community manager Mathew Everett took part in a Q&A session with the community to talk about Star Wars Battlefront, the upcoming multiplayer-focused shooter set in the Star Wars universe.

Some of the more interesting responses from the Q&A pertained to the game’s split-screen co-op. As it turns out, it’s only limited to consoles. “Split-screen will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One only.” Sorry, PC users.

Everett also talked about Walker Assault mode and how players would need to obtain power-ups scattered through the map in order to spawn inside vehicles. They come with time limits though since DICE wants to allow for equal distribution among players.

Also, for single-player fans, it’s been clarified that, “Playing Missions does not grant you multiplayer career experience, but it does provide you with credit rewards you can spend on buying unlocks.”

Finally, it seems you cannot actually pilot the Y-Wings. They instead act as “a support vehicle that you can call into battle within certain game modes.”

Star Wars Battlefront is out this November for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Stay tuned for more details en route to its release.
