Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Performance Capture Wraps Up, Cameron Monaghan Shares Behind-the-Scenes Footage

"The game is turning out unbelievable," says the actor.

It won’t be long before we get to see gameplay footage from Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order for the first time, but as far as the narrative elements of the game are concerned, we’ve already seen and heard plenty. And it seems developers Respawn Entertainment have made quite a bit of progress on that front as well, as far as development is concerned.

Actor Cameron Monaghan, who’s playing the role of Cal Kestis, the game’s protagonist, recently took to Instagram to share that performance capture on the game had wrapped up. To celebrate, he shared some behind the scenes footage of him and a contraption used to shoot specific kinds of scenes, while calling his work on the game “equivalent of going to space camp as a kid.” He then went on to say that Fallen Order is “turning out unbelievable”. Take a look below.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is due out for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 15th. Respawn Entertainment are quite confident in what they’re making, and it’s fair to say that publishers EA also share that confidence.
