Stardew Valley

Stardew Valley recently received the massive update 1.4 which added post-marriage events, new customization options, lots of new items and much more for players. Initially available only on PC, it’s out now for PS4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One. Creator Eric “ConcernedApe” Barone confirmed that the mobile versions would receive the update in January 2020.

There’s tons to look forward to in update, from new monsters and alternative levels in the mines to a new upgrade type at the Blacksmith and even an emote menu. Multiplayer fans get the new Four Corners map to tend to their own pieces of land. Fourteen catchy new tunes have also been added.

The sheer amount of quality of life improvements is also great. The interface will now keep track of letters received and gifts you’ve bestowed to different NPCs along with tracking their likes and dislikes. A smaller update 1.4.0.1 was subsequently released for PC with bug fixes and gamepad mode selection so expect that to go live as well in the coming days.
