Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League

In a recent FAQ, Rocksteady Studios answered several questions for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, its upcoming open-world third-person looter shooter. After confirming that solo and co-op play requires an internet connection, it revealed that the Xbox Series X/S and PS5 versions would target 60 frames per second. PC specs will be revealed “closer to launch.”

Regarding its post-launch content, which includes new missions and characters, it confirmed that these would be available at no cost. The characters are “earnable,” so players may have to do something to unlock them first. The Battle Pass contains new outfits, emotes and customization items, with free tiers for all players and premium tiers that require purchasing.

Cosmetics are also purchasable from the Store (seen in the recent behind-the-scenes video), but they’re all optional. And as is common to clarify with live-service games nowadays, there are no loot boxes.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League launches on May 26th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. Check out the recent gameplay showcase here.
