Sunset Overdrive

Insomniac’s irreverent shooter/platformer/action game Sunset Overdrive, which released exclusively on Xbox One late last year, has been receiving post launch support ever since, and now, here is some more that should add a little more playtime to the game, all for no money spent on your part- the game is getting three new Achievements today, each worth 25G. And they’re all pretty difficult too, it sounds like, meaning you’ll have to work for them:

Hardcore!: Buck National vs The Apocalypse: Beat the score of 600,000 on the Challenge “Buck’s National vs The Apocalypse.”

Hardcore!: Buck Strikes Back: Beat the score of 564,500 on the Challenge “Buck’s Strikes Back.”

Hardcore!: Buck Stops Here: Beat the score of 703,700 on the Challenge “Buck’s Stops Here.”

In addition to these ones, the game will also be getting even more new Achievements with the upcoming ‘expansion pack,’ slated for release in the coming months.

Plus, if you haven’t already, you can now get the game on the Xbox Live Store for 40% off, as long as you are an Xbox Live Gold member. So this is your chance to jump on board with one of the best exclusives currently available on Microsoft’s newest console.
