Nintendo has released a new overview trailer for Super Mario Party Jamboree – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV, outlining new features. It also showcases the various uses for the Switch 2’s camera, such as putting player’s faces into the game.

If you’re playing with four people in one room, one camera is enough to capture all of them. Some mini-games also feature motion controls that require waving your entire body around, in case you thought the Kinect era was dead.

Other notable additions in the Switch 2 version include 20 new mini-games and new rules. Frenzy Rules shave a single game’s duration down to five turns, and everyone starts with double dice. There are also new 2v2 tag battles that utilize Friendship Dice, allowing players to call allies over and add their roll to their movement.

Super Mario Party Jamboree – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV launches on July 24th. Check out our feature for everything you should know here.
