The Forest

The Forest is an open world survival game in which players are tasked with surviving in a brutal environment surrounded by cannibals and mutants. The game has been in early access for nearly four years and now it is finally ready for a full release and it will be out on April 30.

The game has already garnered attention for its non-linear gameplay and its emphasis on allowing players to make their own decisions in order to survive.  There will be a bunch of improvements and changes we will be seeing with the full release of the game including controller support and improved language options. Additionally, there will be some gameplay changes as well such as changes to the cold and warmth mechanic, and there will also be new items available for players to build in the game.

As of now, we only know that the game is being released for the PC on April 30. We’ll have to wait and see when the game will make its way onto the PS4.
