Syphon Filter 4 Release Date ‘Winter 2012’

Posted By | On 06th, Sep. 2011

Run Gabe run! Fans of the original PS1 Syphon Filter trilogy, a grossly under appreciated series, rejoice as the fourth installment proper, we can forgot those crappy PS2 games, will be coming Winter 2012 according to the Italian Official Playstation Magazine: “Syphon Filter 4 is slowly gearing up for a release on PS3. Expect a launch for Winter 2012,” it said (in translation). This confirms the rumour being bandied about previously that the game would see a 2012 Q4 release.

Please note that very little promo material has been released for SP4 and the above image relates to an earlier title in the series.

Thanks to CVG for the info.
