Following Gearbox's sale to Take-Two, these studios will be "welcomed and integrated" into other parts of the Embracer Group.
The Gearbox Entertainment-owned studio, which has previously provided development support on Tiny Tina's Wonderlands and Diablo 4, employed over 400 people prior to layoffs.
Lost Boys Interactive, which also worked as a support studio on Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, has been acquired by Gearbox Entertainment.
