Premium subscribers can also claim classic titles like Tekken 6, Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny, IQ Final and Ape Escape Academy.
It also goes live on October 17th in Japan and October 23rd in Europe, with plans to support "hundreds" of PS5 titles later.
Other titles allegedly include FAR: Changing Tides, Dead Island Definitive Edition, Alien: Isolation and Gungrave G.O.R.E.
Premium subscribers gain access to Star Ocean First Departure R, Star Ocean: Till the End of Time and more classics on PS4.
Star Ocean: The Divine Force,13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, and Unpacking are also reportedly coming.
The trio of games will be free to claim for all PlayStation Plus subscribers from September 5 to October 2.
Starting September 6, 12-month subscriptions for PS Plus Essential, Extra, and Premium will cost $80, $135, and $160 respectively.
Volition's reboot of the open-world series will reportedly be available for subscribers, per renowned leaker billbil-kun.
Premium subscribers can also look forward to MediEvil: Resurrection, Ape Escape: On the Loose and Pursuit Force: Extreme Justice.
Playable titles reportedly include God of War Ragnarok, Horizon Forbidden West, Demon's Souls, Death Stranding, and more.
All three titles are available from August 1st to September 4th and are also playable by PlayStation Plus Extra/Premium subscribers.
